The Sidwell Company, a St. Charles, Illinois-based provider of geographic information systems, aerial photography and mapping services, has been awarded a contract by Howard County, Iowa, for the research, design, and development of a contiguous digital cadastral mapping system in an ESRI ArcGIS® geodatabase. While the system will utilize existing high-flight photography, Sidwell will deliver new low-flight photography. Also included in the contract are the conversion of 10 GIS datasets into geodatabase format, Sidwell’s Parcel Builder™ software, plotting services, CAMA & tax system integration, FARMS™ services, and training and professional services.
