Sidwell Awarded Contract by White County, Illinois (April 20th, 2007)

St. Charles, IL - The Sidwell Company, an employee-owned, St. Charles, Illinois-based provider of geographic information systems, aerial photography, photogrammetric and mapping services, and White County, Illinois will be working together to convert the county’s single-page, CAD-based mapping system (originally created by Sidwell) into the widely implemented tagged data model as an ESRI ArcGIS® 9.2 personal Geodatabase. The new system will be based on new digital orthophotos that Sidwell is to develop from countywide aerial photography to be taken in the spring of 2007. Also included in this project are Sidwell’s industry-acclaimed ArcGIS®-compliant mapping productivity toolkit, Parcel Builder™, and implementation of its Farmland Assessment and Report Management System™, with accompanying training and support.
