St. Charles, IL —After more than 42 years with the company, Thomas F. Collins has announced his retirement from The Sidwell Company, a St. Charles, Illinois-based provider of geographic information systems (GIS) solutions, and photogrammetric mapping services.
Tom began working for Sidwell on August 16, 1965, and with the exception of the two years he spent in the Army from 1967-1969, has been with the company ever since. Over the years, Tom has held a variety of positions at the company, including draftsman, Print Control Supervisor, and Senior Customer Service Representative. Tom is currently serving as the Senior Commercial Account Manager, where he markets and sells the company’s commercial products and services to clients. With his extensive knowledge of the company’s products, Tom specializes in aerial photography and the development of customized images for Sidwell clients.
The Sidwell Company would like to commend Tom for his years of dedicated service, and his loyalty and enthusiasm for the company and the services he provides. An Open House in Collins’ honor will be held at the company’s corporate offices and production facility on Friday, September 28, from 9:00 am-3:00 pm.
