St. Charles, IL - The Sidwell Company, an employee-owned, St. Charles, Illinois-based provider of geographic information systems, aerial photography, photogrammetric and mapping services, has been selected to provide their Parcel Builder™ software and related services to Warren County, Ohio and Shawano County, Wisconsin. A software product developed exclusively by Sidwell, Parcel Builder is the premier parcel mapping solution for ArcGIS® 9.2 software from ESRI. Parcel Builder provides users with a comprehensive GIS-based land records management solution that is fully compliant with the newest technology from ESRI. Parcel Builder features simplified interfaces, significantly streamlines most common cadastral mapping tasks, and provides complete integration for GIS, Tax and CAMA workflows.
In Warren County, Sidwell will convert the County’s existing cadastral data from the Parcel Editor Tagged Data Model into a more current Tagged Data Model which is designed to enhance the parcel maintenance workflow and work effectively with Sidwell’s Parcel Builder software. Sidwell will also import the countywide parcel inventory into the Parcel Builder-Administrator™ module so that it can be fully reconciled with the GIS data. Additional support services to be provided include implementation and training on the use of the software.
Shawano County, Wisconsin has signed an agreement with Sidwell to install Parcel Builder software, and provide related professional services including implementation and training, as well as other project management and support services.
