A software product developed exclusively by Sidwell, Parcel Builder is the premier parcel mapping solution for ArcGIS® 9.2 software from ESRI. Parcel Builder provides users with a comprehensive GIS-based land records management solution that is fully compliant with the latest ESRI technology.
Aside from the significant performance improvements that have been made to tools within the Parcel Builder suite, read-only licenses are now available for Parcel Builder-Administrator and its Genealogy extension. This enhancement will allow a greater number of users to access parcel data and navigate between the parcel data and the map, while ensuring the continued security of the parcel inventory and data tables within Administrator.
