St. Charles, IL – Spatial Focus Inc., of Birmingham, Alabama, has selected The Sidwell Company to help them provide GIS professional services to Cabarrus County, North Carolina. As part of this project, Sidwell will capture centerlines for approximately 35% of Cabarrus County, where current centerlines are in obvious discrepancy with the street pavement as shown on client-provided orthophotography. Attributes from the source centerline features will be conflated to match the newly captured and adjusted centerlines, and all resulting data will structured so that it is topologically correct.
