St. Charles, Illinois–The Sidwell Company was recently recognized by the Iowa Counties Information Technologies (ICIT) organization with the ‘Outstanding Support Award’ at their annual conference, which took place June 10-12, 2009, in West Des Moines, Iowa. ICIT, an affiliate of the Iowa State Association of Counties (ISAC), is an organization comprised of representatives from Iowa counties who are responsible for the implementation, use, and maintenance of technology within their respective organizations or departments. ICIT provides and fosters communication, encouragement, education, assistance, technical knowledge and cooperation among counties and county employees for the advancement of the technology within those organizations. Sidwell was selected as the recipient of this award based on the company’s support of the ICIT group since it became an ISAC affiliate in 2002. “We are very appreciative of this recognition from ICIT,” said Neal Carpenter, Sidwell President/CEO.
